• Volunteers are viewed as a valuable resource of the Party.
• Volunteers shall be given genuine assignments.
• Volunteers are treated as equals.
• Volunteers have the right to effective supervision, up to date information and clear direction in the performance of their assignments.
• Volunteers have the right to receive recognition for the work completed.
• Volunteers are often the public face of the Party and when acting in that capacity will be provided with the appropriate identifying clothing or like.
• Volunteers are expected to perform their tasks to the best of their capabilities and to reflect the principles, values and policies of the Party.
