No legal system can be considered just without fair and equitable access to justice. While law reform has sought to close a variety of gaps, there still remain barriers to, and issues for, Australians seeking access to justice.

The Australian Sex Party believes the Commonwealth government should increase funding to legal and community aid services, and address social inequalities that create barriers to accessing justice.
