- End discriminatory, restrictive and stringent planning requirements upon sex industry businesses. - Local councils should support the location of brothels and adult businesses at ground floor level to ensure they are accessible to people with disability. - Sex industry businesses should not need to relocate to industrial zones, which isolate sex workers into poorly lit unsafe areas. - Sex workers should be able to operate from residential areas. - Private sex workers should be permitted as exempt development in all zones to avoid harassment and discrimination. - Sex industry businesses should not be subject to special provisions that set them apart from other businesses. - Government should provide funding of safe houses for street based sex workers.
